While I happily help plan and present Pride events and LGTBQ+ Educational Outreach, lead and guide LGBTQ+ ERGs, I feel that allyship has to look like more. In partnership with HR and benefits leaders at OpenText, we proposed and won equal benefits for LGBTQ+ Families. Thankfully the CEO heartily agreed that it was time for a benefits update. I am happy to have these victories celebratied by traicie! Cheers!
