One of my most favorite collaborations was with Morehouse School of Medicine on their Accuhealth spinoff, I had the great pleasure of being the lead technologist for the Health360x product, for 8 years utilizing my hardware, software, interoperability, design, tech ops, communication, branding, grant writing, innovative problem solving and customer service skills to create a user friendly technological system (SaaS) of apps, website, apis, databases and data exchange for managing patients with chronic illness.
I applied my technical skills, my operational skills and my planning, budgeting and community building skills with OpenText as the founder and first leader of their Equity, Diversity and Inclusion department.In my time as their Chief Diversity Officer, I raised inclusion scores by 19%, female ELT leadership tripled and I started and operationalized global Employee Resource Group Programs and a Mentoring program.
